Day #155 of Marathon Training!

2.4 mile, easy recovery run this morning followed by 15 minutes of body-weight exercises (pushups, burpees, plank, mountain climbers, inchworm, squats and a wallsit). The sun was shining and the sidewalks were clear of snow and ice. Great way to start the day. And happily, my body feels good after Sunday’s torturous 3hour run! :)
