Day #183 of my journey to running my first marathon!

Cross training day today—and it was great!

20 minutes rowing machine

20 minutes stationary bike

20 minutes elliptical 

Really a good workout. I felt great the whole time, like I had energy that was dying to get out.  And I feel even better now. My lower leg soreness from the other day is mostly gone now and the stiffness has definitely subsided. I forgot how much fun crosstraining can be!
